Thriller
The first RCCA open B Radio
Control Combat Contest hosted by the Mesquite Modelers Radio Control Club
was a great success. Eleven pilots participated in the hot and heavy action
that included at least 3 midair collisions that rendered some of the aircraft
unserviceable. Don Lacey did a great job as director of the Combat Contest.
Nancy did a terrific job as scorekeeper.
The rankings are as follows:
Randy Wegner 790

FROM THE
EDITOR’S DESK
Greetings and Salutations
to you all!
The combat competition at
Bollin Field this past Sept 23 was by far one of the most exciting flying
events I have seen in a long time. It takes a great deal of control and
eye co-ordination. The pilots were great! The flying, terrific. I hope
this becomes a yearly event. Congratulations to Don Lacey on a job well
done!
Happy flying! |
